These T erms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) set out the agreement between Cambridge High
Performance (“the Coach”/“we”/“us”) and you (“the Client”). By engaging our services, you agree
to these terms.
Service Agreement
Cambridge High Performance agrees to provide strength and conditioning services led by a
qualified coach, using a mixture of physical profiling, movement screening, online programming
and in-person coaching. A mix of gym based and field based exercises will be used to develop
the qualities of strength, power, fitness and speed/agility.
Cambridge High Performance operates on a freelance basis from various locations in
Cambridge. Although the clients preferred location and scheduling will always be our first
priority, it cannot be guaranteed. A change of location and/or scheduling may be necessary from
time to time.
1. Conduct and Coachability
● Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards the Coach and others at all times.
● Clients must be open to feedback, follow instructions, and commit to the agreed
program.
2. Payment Terms
● Payment must be made upfront unless a split payment plan has been agreed.
● If a split payment scheme is offered, the client is committed to the full contract term and
cannot stop the contract early.
● By stopping payments during your initial contract term, you are breaking this agreement.
We could refer missed payments to a debt collection agency and claim compensation
from you for an amount equal to the total membership fees, including fees you owe for
the rest of the minimum term.
● For monthly subscriptions, payments must be made by the specified deadlines to
continue enjoying our services.
● Subscription payments must be adhered to for any predefined contract length and
cannot be canceled early.
● Monthly subscriptions without any contract length can be canceled at anytime.
3. Program Suspension and Cancellation
● Clients may cancel services at any time unless bound by a specific program with a
predefined contract length, in which case cancellation policies will apply.● You may cancel your subscription after the initial contract term at any time, by giving us
notice or through your portal account BEFORE the subsequent payment is due to leave
your account.

● Any request for cancellation and/or a subsequent refund after missing the cancellation
deadline will not be permitted and the subscription will roll to the next month..
● Stopping payments through your bank account without giving notice of cancellation or
without cancelling it yourself through the portal, does not constitute cancellation of your
subscription agreement and we will pursue any fees owed to us.
● We can put your subscription on hold if you have developed an injury or illness that
stops you participating in your program.. We will require a doctors certificate to put a
subscription on hold.
● During your initial contract term, payments can not be suspended. On receipt of written
notice and a doctors certificate, we can give you the time back once your initial term is
up.
● Programs can be paused for illness or injury, but only with a GP’s certification and prior
notification to the Coach.
4. Refund Policy
● Programs purchased online or by phone include a 14-day cooling-off period in line with
UK law, during which the Client may cancel for a full refund.
● If your program commences within the 14-day cooling-off period (such as physical
profiling/golf swing analysis/online programming), you retain the right to cancel.
However, you will be charged for the portion of the service provided up to the point of
cancellation, calculated on a pro-rata basis, including any physical assessments and/or
third party fees. Once the service is fully delivered, or the 14 day cooling-off period ends,
your right to cancel no longer applies.
● Programs purchased by in-person consultation at any of the locations used by
Cambridge High Performance are non-refundable once paid (legality subject to UK
Consumer Rights Act).
● Refunds are not available for missed sessions, missed cancellation deadlines, or
incomplete attendance.
● Exceptions may apply for serious medical emergencies, provided valid documentation is
supplied.
4. Appointments, Sessions, and Check-Ins
● Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments, check-in calls, or
sessions. Missed sessions will not be reimbursed or rescheduled unless at the Coach’s
discretion and dependent on availability.● If the Coach is unable to attend a scheduled session, it will either be rescheduled or
reimbursed.
5. Health, Safety, and Risk Acknowledgement
● Clients must complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) form before
commencing training.
● Clients accept the risks associated with physical exercise, including the potential for
injury or health issues.
7. Program Adjustments
● Program adjustments may be made at the Coach’s discretion based on the Client’s
progress, goals, and any medical concerns.
8. Liability
● The Coach will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcomes
arising from failure to follow advice, misuse of equipment, or pre-existing conditions
undisclosed by the Client.
● If the client suspects negligence or has concerns about the safety of the training
provided, they agree to raise these concerns directly with the coach/trainer as soon as
possible.
9. Use of Client Photos and Videos
● By engaging our services, you consent to Cambridge High Performance capturing
testimonials, photos and videos during sessions, which may be used for educational
and/or marketing purposes on social media, the company website, or promotional
materials.
● All content will be used respectfully and professionally, ensuring no sensitive or private
information is disclosed.
● If you wish to opt out, you must notify the Coach before commencing the program.
10. Confidentiality
● The Coach will handle all Client data with confidentiality in compliance with our privacy
policy and GDPR.
● I confirm that I have read and understood the Privacy Policy provided by Cambridge
High Performance.
11. Termination of Services
● The Coach reserves the right to terminate services due to inappropriate behavior,
repeated missed sessions, or failure to adhere to these T&Cs
